* Main objective: The aim is to have maximum different formations airborne at the time (at least 3 aircraft formation) in the vicinity of the main base. Video tracks will be used to make a movie of this special session !

*Pilots requested: no need to be part of any aerobatic team, as soon as you are able to keep formation with your leader.

* Server: Aerobats server 94.247.24.206:21000.
Version: 4.09 + UP 2.01
A special password will be given at the end of registration to each team so only registered flights will be able to come during the event slot. This password will be the same to enter the GFS channel on Teamspeak. (see just below)

* Teamspeak: IP: qh.no-ip.biz:9997/ (teamspeak 3 needed)
Each flight has a sub-channel created especially for it
The password for the GFS teamspeak is the same as for the server

* Map: A special map has been created to host the event:
- only planes given for registration will be available.
- One stationary aircraft of each kind registered to avoid spawn lags

* take off:
each team starts from a dedicated home base

* flight plan: leaders will have to keep visual of the central island to stay close from eachothers. Watch and avoid !

* Skins : to avoir lags due to skin download , each flight will be allowed to use one custom skin or the default skin.
If you can, please give a link to download the skin which will be used.

* Rules: Please no ammunition, fly safe, and keep close formation on the flight leader !

* Safety:
if one aircraft crashes, it will restart alone then join its flight.
If more aircraft crash in a flight, then other will have to bail out and proceed for a new departure.

the password have been sent last sunday, but i only got acknoledgment from BOF and FTV

are those plane all good for all the teams ?
